 sacbee.com A new bill from Assemblyman Jim Wood, D-Healdsburg, would extend to medical marijuana a law that permitted landlords to prohibit the smoking of cigarettes and other tobacco products on their rental properties.

Advanced Management Company Orange County Tobacco Use Prevention Program
We are delighted to report that Advanced Property Management is moving to make all their apartments 100% non smoking by January 2013.  All renewing leases are adding an addendum prohibiting smoking on the property. They have 16 locations in Orange County and several more in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.
