10/9/12 New apartment community in Richmond saying "NO" to tobacco GroundReport.com Based out of North Carolina under Grubb Property Management, the apartment building is the first residential community in Richmond that does not allow smoking tobacco anywhere on the premises.

11/10/13 Wythe County apartments going smoke-free (could not get the full article link to work) USA-News Longview and Longview Village Apartments are scheduled to go smoke-free on Jan. 1, 2014, along with a total of 246 properties managed by Partnership Property Management (PPM) of Greensboro.
